Technical Sales Representative

Job Description

A national distributor of industrial and automotive consumables to industry in South Africa is looking for a highly energized, sales focused, target driven individual to join their sales team in KZN!

Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification in sales would be advantageous.
• Valid Driver’s License with own car
• Min 3yrs external sales experience in a similar industry is required
• MS Office literate

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets
• Mapping and profiling target markets and customers through CRM system
• Qualify and assess target customers
• Create and maintain customer database
• Training end users on use of products
• Work with supplier sales and technical reps to develop markets/customers
• Pricing and gross margin management (right stock, right quantities etc.)
• High level of customer service
• Sales administration
• Weekly sales reporting to management
