Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery, equipment, or systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams to source necessary parts and materials.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and operational reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Technical Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance.
