R480 000 – R540 000

Key Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Standards and Quality Management System
• Regulatory Compliance on Product
• Department Management and Reporting
• Audits and CAPA Management
• Customer and Product Complaints
• Product Information File / Product Specification
• Raw Material Specifications and Standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Science Diploma / Bachelors’ Degree
• 5 years Post Grad experience in a similar Quality Leadership / Manufacturer in Beauty /Personal Care / Pharmaceutical/Food Industry
• Computer literate on MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Hybrid work structure:

1. 2 days per week (or around 8 days per month) driving to sales calls in Cape Town – Woolworths, Truworths, Wellness Warehouse etc.
2. Use own vehicle and get refunded for KM SARS Logbook, parking fees etc
3. 3 days per week in office
4. Matric (Bachelor pass preferred)
5. Marketing or Business diploma or degree
6. No experience required but an INTEREST IN or some exposure to Beauty Industry preferred.
7. High Level of Numeracy and able to “read”/evaluate /analyse numbers
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
9. Digital Social media marketing
10. Superior interpersonal relationship and self management skills with a demonstrated ability to work with teams and others.
11. Able to handle pressure
12. Self starter with an internal locus of control
13. Excellent practical problem solver
14. Able to process and produce a high volume of information and documentation
15. Able to work in a systematic and organised manner despite work pressure.
16. Able to manage multiple competing tasks with flexibility and focus.
17. Has a drivers licence and own reliable transport.
18. Ability and willingness to vary working hours to meet deadlines.

Intern will be given exposure to all facets of field sales support and brand mangement in the beauty industry, with input and oversight from experienced managers.
