We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner with strong regional recruitment experience across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. This role will partner with leaders in Sales, Product, and VAS divisions, delivering full-cycle recruitment while driving best-in-class hiring practices. The ideal candidate is both adaptable and structured, able to quickly learn internal processes, while confidently influencing and challenging stakeholders where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end of the end recruitment across Sales, Product, and Value-Added Services (VAS) divisions
- Partner with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and tailored talent strategies
- Build pipelines of high-quality candidates across Sub-Saharan Africa
- Adapt quickly while maintaining a structured approach, ensuring timely delivery of business-critical hires
- Manage stakeholder expectations, fostering alignment and achieving the best outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8 year’s experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on regional recruitment
- Strong knowledge of African talent markets, particularly South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa
- Experience hiring for commercial and product-focused roles (Sales, Product, VAS preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a structured approach in dynamic environments
- Background in banking, corporate, or start-up settings
- A collaborative, people-focused team player with excellent communication skills
