Supermarket Store Manager

A leading retail group in George is looking for an experienced store manager to lead their team and drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing retail team.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure excellent store presentation and stock management.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.
• Handle financial aspects, including budgets, expenses, and cash-ups.

Requirements:

• At least three years’ experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role in retail.
• Strong sales, merchandising, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a large team and work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
