Strategic Partnerships Director – Sandton
Job Description

building and nurturing new and existing partner relationships to ensure they serve as effective channels for
bringing new business.
The Partnerships Director will negotiate partnership agreements, engage actively with partners and industry
players and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance our market position,
profitability and overall brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership Development:
• Identify potential strategic partners and develop relationships that align with our client’s strategic objectives.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and drive business growth.
2. Relationship Management:
• Engage continuously with partners to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Manage and grow existing partnerships to expand business opportunities, including referral networks
and collaborations.
• Educate partners about our client’s services, demonstrating how we can benefit their clients and how our services integrate with theirs.
• Work towards improving working relationships and increasing client referrals through effective partnership management.
3. Integration and Collaboration:
• Ensure new partners are effectively integrated into our client’s business operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to align partnership strategies with business capabilities and goals.
4. Market Engagement and Content Development:
• Represent our client at events and roundtables to build network and brand presence.
• Assist in developing content that resonates with the market and educates potential partners and clients
about our services.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor the effectiveness of partnerships and implement improvements as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on the status and outcomes of partnership initiatives for Managing Director review
Qualifications and experience
- Excellent academic results
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for business and success
- Professional Degree (CA, BCOM LLB, Engineer)
- High energy, entrepreneurial, dynamic, self-starter and driven individual
- Good command of English Language
