Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing digital campaigns, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for social media trends, and experience in performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).

  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize performance.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers for content creation.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and lead generation.

  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance.

Content Strategy & SEO:

  • Assist in content marketing efforts (blogs, newsletters, email marketing).

  • Optimize content for SEO and organic reach.

  • Work with the marketing team to align digital efforts with overall brand strategy.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor social media and digital marketing metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions).

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot to track performance.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years in social media management and digital marketing.

    • Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns.

    • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

    • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.

    • Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.

    • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

    • Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to trends.
