A reputable retail store in Blouberg is seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Store Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate, preferably residing between Atlantis and Table View, will have experience in selling a wide range of tools, fixings, paints, and building-related products, and must be confident in assisting both walk-in customers and trade clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with product advice and purchases
• Mixing and tinting paint accurately to customer requirements
• Maintaining store displays, shelves, and stock levels
• Unpacking deliveries and organising stock
• Supporting general store operations and ensuring smooth workflow

 
Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience, particularly with building, DIY, or construction-related products
• Must have experience with mixing and tinting paint
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to handle stock and manual tasks
• Reliable, presentable, and team-oriented

 
Working hours: Monday to Saturday (Sundays off)
