Shift Supervisor

Location: Limpopo, South Africa

Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee mining operations in Limpopo. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of miners, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining production targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of miners to ensure safe and efficient mining operations
– Enforce safety procedures and regulations to mitigate risks and prevent accidents
– Monitor production levels and adjust workflow as needed to meet targets
– Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance
– Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders
– Train and mentor employees to promote skill development and career growth
– Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
– Maintain accurate records and reports of daily operations

Requirements:
– Grade 12
– A Valid Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
– 5 years’ experience as a Miner which at least 2 years in a Supervisory level
– Board and Pillar experience will be advantageous

Benefits:
– Salary: R600k – R800k CTC
