Our client seeks to appoint a proactive and experienced SHEQ/Quality Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization’s safety, health, environmental, and quality standards are met and continuously improved. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring SHEQ/Quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, enhance operational efficiency, and promote a safe and healthy work environment as well as mentor the quality team.

Must have 5+ years of experience in SHEQ/Quality management, with a strong background in manufacturing, health, safety, environment, and quality control, in-depth knowledge of SHEQ management systems, quality assurance processes, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigations, and corrective action management as well as excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification and ISO accreditations are essential.
