Senior Teradata Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimise data warehouse components on Teradata warehouse (3NF).
• Present data through Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards
• Documenting data definitions and business glossaries.
• Securing approval for data models before implementation.

Qualifications and experience:

• B.Comm, B.Eng, BSc Eng, BSc Informatics, or a related degree.
• Minimum 8+ years of data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, especially MSSQL.
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages suited to the department’s requirements.
• System design experience is advantageous.
