The purpose of the senior recruitment consultant is to partner with hiring managers to find candidates to fill temporary and permanent job positions within SLA.  

You will be responsible for attracting the right culture fit and skill sets into our client’s business

In this role you will:

• Oversee bulk to senior recruitment requirements
• Be the coordinator between HR and Line Management for all roles
• Responsible for conducting telephonic interviews for bulk recruitment, before shortlisting for hiring managers to interview
