They are searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can do more than crunch the numbers. They need a leader who is as comfortable in the boardroom as they are on site – someone with the confidence, energy and charisma to build relationships, win business and represent them as the consultancy of choice.

Requirements:
• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
• At least 10 years’ experience in a quantity surveying firm working on commercial, residential and infrastructure projects
• Registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor
• Proven track record of not just delivering projects but also bringing in new business and growing client accounts
• Proficient in WinQS and DimX

Responsibilities:
• Lead high value projects from feasibility through to final accounts, ensuring excellence every step of the way
• Act as a key client liaison – building lasting relationships, identifying opportunities and securing repeat business
• Provide strategic cost advice and proactive solutions that inspire client confidence
