Job Description

Their mission is simple: drive real-world impact through smart, scalable solar. Now, they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to help them take their projects—and the planet—further.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead complex solar PV projects from concept to commissioning. You’ll be the driving force behind each project’s success, managing cross-functional teams, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution on the ground.
Requirements:
• BSc/ BTech in Engineering
• 5 years’ experience in project management or construction management within the engineering, renewable energy or built environment sectors
• Solar PV engineering or EPC experience
• Solar PV design/ draughting experience is advantageous
• Understanding of JBCC Minor Works
• Understanding of PV systems
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the full solar PV project lifecycle—from feasibility through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Act as Principal Agent / Owner’s Engineer on multiple concurrent solar projects.
• Support the commercial team with CapEx modelling, layout analysis, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with technical specs, local codes, and project agreements.
• Oversee EPC tendering, supplier due diligence, and contract negotiations.
