Senior Network Administrator
Job Description
As Senior Network Administrator, you will be pivotal in managing and optimising IT infrastructure while providing advanced technical support across the office and on customer sites.
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will possess at least 5–7 years of experience in IT support, including expertise in network administration, system troubleshooting, and remote support.
This position requires advanced certifications such as A+, N+, MCSA, or CCNA, alongside proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office 365, VMware, Hyper-V, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
Key responsibilities include ensuring network stability, deploying and configuring PCs, managing server environments, and providing 2nd line support for complex IT issues.
Familiarity with cloud computing, video conferencing systems, structured cabling, and telecom infrastructure is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff are critical for success in this role.
You must be flexible, able to work in high-pressure environments, and willing to travel. A valid Code 8 driver’s license and a clean criminal record are required.
