Senior IT Manager – Ballito, Gauteng
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to oversee the strategic direction and operational management for our client.
The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for leading the IT team, managing infrastructure, ensuring network security, implementing new technologies, and aligning IT operations with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysing audit strategy and plans.
- Ability to identify potential business development or sales opportunities.
- Engaging with audit and internal audit partners and managers to work together with them in teams.
- Team leadership.
- Defining ideal target audit approaches that leverage technology and data analysis.
- Project and engagement management.
- Develop internal and external client relationships.
- Client liaison and problem solving.
- Providing insight to our audit clients about IT in their businesses in presentations and reports.
- Reporting of findings to key stakeholders (client and audit), as well as investigating mitigating controls and procedures for control deficiencies.
- Report writing
- Building capabilities and methodologies in the areas of system-based auditing and data analytics.
