Senior Interior Architect

Hire Resolve’s Client seeking a highly driven Senior Interior Architect to join our dynamic and growing team. If you are a passionate problem-solver with a strong interest in interior design and architecture and can independently manage projects from inception to completion, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate within complex Revit models using work-sharing and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Develop accurate 2D drawings, layouts, and detailing in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Produce high-quality 3D views and realistic renders using software like Lumion or Enscape (or similar).
• Analyze and process consultants’ layouts to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Create and manage FF&E schedules, finishes schedules, and concept presentations using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independently attend and lead meetings with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
• Oversee project planning, management, and administration, including budgeting and scheduling.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a three-year bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. A three-year Interior Design diploma will be considered with demonstrated technical aptitude and industry experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of industry experience, preferably in the high-end commercial sector, with at least 2 years in a senior or project lead role.
• Software Skills:
  • High proficiency in Revit (essential).
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with rendering tools like Lumion or Enscape is advantageous.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of construction and joinery detailing with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate, collaborate, and problem-solve within complex project frameworks.
• Other Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning and administration.
  • Driver’s license and preferably own transportation.
  • Position based in Westville; no hybrid working options available.
