Senior Graphic Designer

Who are we looking for: An experienced senior graphic designer

What will you do:

• Design experience and expertise across multiple channels i.e. email, paid advertising, social media, web
• An understanding of digital marketing channels, the creative needs and best practice of each channel
• A strategic creative approach in terms of targeting, industry trends and customer behaviour (i.e: using your initiative to determine what will work) 

What will you need:

• A relevant 3-year qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent
• 4 – 6 years of full time experience in a graphic design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop) and other relevant design tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A solid understanding of best practices for digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining a consistently high standard of artwork produced
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth understanding of both digital and print design processes
• A solid grasp of copywriting for digital channels
• Proactive problem-solving: The ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative and go beyond the typical scope of work to find solutions.You are action-oriented, forward-thinking and consistently look for ways to improve processes and outcomes without needing to be prompted

Advantageous

• Experience in AI asset generation
• Video editing and animation skills
