Senior Feature Analyst

A client-driven to deliver competitive solutions has an open vacancy for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for developing and maintaining of various client-specific as well as operational reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights. You will also play a key role in analysing, interpreting, and visualizing data to support decision-making processes

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik, Excel and Power Pivot
• Design, develop and maintain robust SQL databases to support business operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all databases.
• Ensure data visualisations are accessible, accurate, and actionable for end-users across the organisation.
• Tailor reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of various clients across different sectors.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of business analysis experience in data warehousing and or BI projects
• Minimum of five years in MS SQL Server databases and T-SQL scripting
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Pivot.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualisation.
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing.
• Azure DevOps
• Kanban
• Data management
• SQL Server
• T-SQL
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools and platforms (e.g. Azure).
