Senior Electrician

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced senior electrician to join their team.

Requirements

• Red Seal qualification and certification (essential).
• Certification in jointing and termination (preferred).
• Eight to fifteen years of post-qualification experience in electrical construction and reticulation.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport (essential).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical problems using diagrams or blueprints.
• Install and repair electrical systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and conduct tests to identify issues.
• Pinpoint problems using a range of testing devices.
• Safely operate various hand and power tools.
• Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations of the National Electrical Code.
