We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to support a large-scale hiring project for our client’s manufacturing plants in the US. The role is focused on high-volume recruitment, with a target of approximately 60 hires by year-end. Working remotely from South Africa, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring strong candidate engagement and communication throughout.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, with a focus on high-volume candidate submissions and successful hires.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates quickly using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
- Prepare and submit qualified candidates to the client in line with job specifications and agreed timelines.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with the client, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and market feedback.
- Ensure high-quality candidate shortlists are delivered to the client on time.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with client hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process, including feedback, interview preparation, and offer management.
- Track candidate pipelines, submittals, interviews, and placements using the ATS/recruitment trackers.
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets, ensuring consistent placement numbers.
- Support compliance by ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted for candidates prior to placement.
- Proactively troubleshoot and escalate any recruitment challenges to the Project Lead/Client contact.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience while maintaining pace and efficiency.

Requirements |
Must-haves: · Minimum 3-5 years’ recruitment experience (agency or high-volume projects preferred). · Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure recruitment environments. · Strong candidate communication and relationship-building skills. · Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with quick turnaround. · Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
