Senior beauty therapist | spa manager (George – Western Cape) – start immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Deliver top-tier beauty and wellness treatments to our valued clients.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of therapists to achieve excellence.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting spa environment.
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Monitor inventory, staff schedules, and appointment bookings.
- Drive sales of products and services to meet revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Relevant beauty therapy qualifications (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or equivalent).
- Somatology experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist.
- Previous management or leadership experience in a spa or salon environment.
- Expertise in a wide range of treatments (facials, massages, waxing, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A passion for client satisfaction and high standards of service.
