The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take the lead on a key financial services client. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of agency processes.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of account management, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and leading an internal design team to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Project & Workflow Management: Oversee end-to-end below the line project execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide an internal design team, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
- Strategic Oversight: Work closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to align client objectives with compelling campaigns.
- Workflow & Process Management: Utilise workflow management software to track projects, optimise resources, and maintain efficiency.
- Multitasking & Prioritisation: Juggle multiple projects, proactively problem-solve, and ensure seamless execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
- Experience working with financial services clients (advantageous).
- Experience working on below the line campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project and workflow management skills, with experience using workflow management tools.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
- A passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and purpose-driven work.
