Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Secretarial Administrator in the Financial Industry
  • Update databases, gather client info, assist with address changes, auditor updates, and basic director changes.
  • Assist with complex director changes, CIPC annual returns, and BO Register maintenance.
  • Register companies, make MOI changes, prepare resolutions, and manage annual returns.
  • Handle complex registrations, share transactions, legal resolutions, and trust/BO Register management.
  • Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

  • Basic Salary of up to R 25 000 negotiable based on experience
