Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Secretarial Administrator in the Financial Industry
- Update databases, gather client info, assist with address changes, auditor updates, and basic director changes.
- Assist with complex director changes, CIPC annual returns, and BO Register maintenance.
- Register companies, make MOI changes, prepare resolutions, and manage annual returns.
- Handle complex registrations, share transactions, legal resolutions, and trust/BO Register management.
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary of up to R 25 000 negotiable based on experience
