Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Technical Sales Support person – commercial and admin to support front-line sales teams (equipment and spares).
Areas of responsibility include Sales Support serving as the first point of contact for sales support, providing commercial, technical, and application support to frontline sales teams, managing Salesforce, developing short- and long-term demand forecasts, orders. Contributing to sales planning, preparation of tenders, providing technical product training to customers, track competitor activity, address enquiries and manage customer relationships.
Must have Matric/Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification, strong commercial and business acumen, technical expertise in mobile equipment, material handling in the container industry and at least 3+ years in a similar role. Own reliable vehicle and valid RSA drivers’ license is essential. Solid knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software would be an advantage.
