Job Description


Drive growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence as an External Sales Representative within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position focuses on customer relationship management, sales performance, stock optimisation, and customer service delivery.
 
The successful candidate will ideally live in Tzaneen, Lydenburg or Polokwane. You will be proactive, resilient, and data-driven, able to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Certificate (NQF 5 or equivalent)
 
Experience:
  • Up to 3 years in a similar sales role within automotive manufacturing
 
Technical Competencies:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and ERP systems
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and develop new customer accounts
  • Monitor monthly sales performance via SAP
  • Align marketing initiatives with customer strategies
  • Host trade evenings and support promotions
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams on stock planning
  • Drive credit control processes and resolve queries
  • Maintain customer databases and satisfaction
  • Monitor stock levels, buying patterns, and forecast needs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and cost control
