R30 000 –R35 000 CTC

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Sales Fulfilment for all inbound and partnership channels / sales initiatives
• Ensure all incoming leads are optimally managed
• Manage lead quality / duplicates
• Allocate leads to sales executives /manage capacity
• Track progress on leads loaded /escalate leads neglected
• Bring in Partnership Managers into deals which will benefit from support
• Channel Management support / stakeholder feedback
• Partner affiliate code creation and maintenance
• Lead form upgrades and quality assurance
• Weekly feedback on lead quality
• Monthly feedback on channel performance and sales performance.
• Ensure collateral /campaigns are delivered
• Identify old unsuccessful applications/ investigate and allocate
• Referral program management
• Track SE lead provider activity
• Support the co-ordination of events and walk-in activities
• Manage contracts for unique solutions
• Send offers, generate contracts, sign contracts
• Approve disbursements
• Check-in on collections and ensure all funded deals are collecting as expected
• Trouble shoot, escalate and manage resolution on sales operational issues.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Degree or related in Business Management, Commerce or similar.
• 2-5 years of experience within a Sales Operations role/FinTech experience
• 2-5 years of administrative experience
• Sales experience
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience (advantageous)
