Job Description


Optimi is currently looking to hire a forward-thinking and ambitious individual to join the team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong solution development ability, be target driven and results-orientated with a continuous focus on improving the sales team and process for quality output.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma/Degree in related field.
  • 5 years sales experience.
  • 3 years experience managing a sales
  • Good command of the English language both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS office and CRM.
  • Own reliable transport and drivers license.
  • Willing to travel.

DUTIES

  • Assist in developing team sales strategies and
  • Coach and assist team members to perform at their best to ensure sales targets are acheived.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and is given highest priority by the
  • Ensure all clients are dealt with adequately by the team.
  • Retain current revenue stream and identify opportunities to increase
  • Understand the marketing and sales
  • Provide input in new potential marketing and sales strategies for the different
  • Contribute to Marketing ideas, specifically the generating and quality of leads.
  • Manage and report on execution of
  • Complete, accurate and punctual reporting to management on sales targets, conversion ratios and other relevant reporting
  • Ensure continuous updating of applicable sales software with recent information, activities and
  • Provide additional assistance where required to the Head of Department.

 

The position is based in Centurion.
