Key Responsibilities:

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact to delivery and beyond.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Assist customers with financing and trade-in options.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
• Stay informed on the latest product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven track record in automotive sales (minimum 5 years).
• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
• Professional, well-groomed, and confident.
• Valid Driver’s License is a must.
• Knowledge of vehicle finance and insurance products.
