Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
· Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize their potential.
· Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Set and monitor sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team.
· Prepare and present sales reports to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements.
· Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment in strategy and offerings.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
· Bachelor’s degree, post graduate qualification preferred.
