Job Description


A dynamic construction and modular building company is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator with strong expertise in sales administration, financial analysis, and customer relationship management to support the sales and marketing teams in Kliprivier, Gauteng. The role ensures smooth execution of campaigns, accurate revenue tracking, and compliance with accounting and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to sales and marketing teams.

  • Review and analyse income generated from business activities and ensure accuracy of revenue-related financial transactions.

  • Monitor key revenue accounts, prepare income reports, and review variances against budgets.

  • Assist with cash collection, reconcile outstanding debts, and resolve client queries regarding invoices and purchase orders.

  • Manage and update prospects, pending orders, and service orders to ensure accurate billing.

  • Plan and organise customer events, coordinate marketing activities, and support pricing and tender processes.

  • Monitor client power usage and analyse usage reports, contributing to income forecasting.

  • Assist in negotiating commercial terms for contracts and tenders, and ensure departmental expenses remain within budget.

  • Implement ISO processes and ensure compliance across all activities.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) and a Business Degree or equivalent.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales administration, preferably within construction or modular building industries.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and accounting systems (Accpac preferred).

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and manage customer relationships.
