Our client seeks to appoint an experienced retail store property broker to negotiate new retail store leases and lease renewals.  Must have at least 3+ years direct experience in lease negotiation with landlords and property developers.  This is a client facing position, national footprint, travel required. The position requires a person with high energy levels, who has exceptional retail lease/property negotiation skills and can work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Must have Matric with own reliable vehicle, a Property Practitioners accreditation would be an advantage.
