Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for FMCG? A dynamic and fast-growing supplier in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative to join their team in Wetton, Cape Town.You’ll be responsible for calling on major retail outlets (such as SPAR and Pick n Pay), driving sales growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and achieve sales targets within the retail channel
• Cold call and actively source new business opportunities
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Accurately capture orders and ensure correct pricing
• Handle and resolve sales queries promptly
• Maintain up-to-date sales reports and submit weekly/monthly reports to management

 
Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years’ proven sales experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of retail and food service environments
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English)
• Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented with strong negotiating skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and plan effectively
• Professional telephone manner and solid customer service skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable own transport
