Rental Administrator
Job Description
Hire Resolve’s client is a leading property management company with a strong reputation for excellence and client satisfaction. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Rental Administrator to join their dynamic team and support the day-to-day operations of their rental portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations

Prepare and process rental applications and related documentation
-
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of tenant records

Monitor rental payments and follow up on arrears
-
Liaise with tenants and landlords to address inquiries and resolve issues

Coordinate inspections and maintenance requests
-
Generate monthly rental reports and administrative updates
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in rental or property administration (1-3 years preferred)

Strong administrative and organizational skills
-
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-
Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (e.g., PayProp, MDA, etc.)

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
