Job Description


Hire Resolve’s client is a leading property management company with a strong reputation for excellence and client satisfaction. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Rental Administrator to join their dynamic team and support the day-to-day operations of their rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations

  • Prepare and process rental applications and related documentation

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of tenant records

  • Monitor rental payments and follow up on arrears

  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to address inquiries and resolve issues

  • Coordinate inspections and maintenance requests

  • Generate monthly rental reports and administrative updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rental or property administration (1-3 years preferred)

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (e.g., PayProp, MDA, etc.)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
