Rekeningkundige Spanleier

💰 Salaris: R25 000 – R35 000 (afhangend van ondervinding)

Wat jy gaan doen:

  • Analiseer ouditure van debiteure en krediteure.

  • Voer bankafstemmings uit.

  • Help met BTW-berekening en -hersiening.

  • Hanteer kliënte navrae rakende rekeninge.

  • Bestuur en koördineer take van junior finansiële personeel.

Waarna ons soek:

  • Graad of Diploma in ‘n relevante veld (bv. BCom).

  • Minstens 4 jaar ondervinding in finansies, spesifiek rekeningkunde.

  • Kennis van Sage Partner of Sage Evolution is noodsaaklik.

  • Sterk Excel-vaardighede en ervaring met die opstel van verslae.

  • Algemene rekenaarvaardigheid en professionele e-posetiket.

  • Uitstekende organisasievaardighede en die vermoë om spanlede te lei.

Accounting Team Leader

Are you an experienced financial professional who can lead a team and work independently in a fast-paced, responsible environment? Do you have strong skills in debtor and creditor analysis, bank reconciliations, and knowledge of Sage? Then this is your chance to take on a key role in a dynamic financial team!

📍 Location: Olympus, Pretoria
💰 Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 (depending on experience)
💼 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 07:30 – 15:30
📈 Available Positions: 1
👉 Starting Date: ASAP

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analysing aged debtors and creditors.

  • Performing bank reconciliations.

  • Assisting with VAT calculations and reviews.

  • Attending to client queries related to accounts.

  • Managing and coordinating tasks for junior financial staff.

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., BCom).

  • At least 4 years of experience in finance, specifically accounting.

  • Knowledge of Sage Partner or Sage Evolution is essential.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with report generation.

  • General computer literacy and professional email etiquette.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead team members.
