Regional Product Manager IMEA
Job Description
As the Regional Product Manager IMEA, you will be a leader responsible for driving portfolio sales and margins across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and CIS countries.
Reporting directly to the Regional Category Manager IMEA, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of your product portfolio, from initial business case development to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with market demands and organisational objectives.
- A strong background in automotive product management, including specification and development processes, is essential for success in this role.
- You must also demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking and exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Execution-focused leadership, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to position products effectively across premium and budget segments will be key to delivering financial and operational goals.
Your core responsibilities will include defining and executing a regional portfolio strategy, acting as a product owner to support sales teams, and ensuring products are tailored to market needs for optimal positioning and financial success.
Furthermore, you will proactively drive range extensions and operational planning to meet key performance indicators.
