Refrigeration Technician

Job Description

Our client, a multidiscipline solutions provider to the built environment in HVAC, energy, electronic services and building management systems is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their team.

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate – Refrigeration Mechanic (Industrial)
• 3yrs HVAC/Refrigeration experience is required
• Experience with Chillers and Chilled Water plants would be advantageous
• Valid Driver’s License is needed
• Valid Safe Handling of Refrigerant Certificate – advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems thereby providing a service to industrial and commercial clients
• Complete all regularly scheduled maintenance work – inspect, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration units (HVAC) including chilled water systems and chillers
• Attend to call outs and break downs
• Fault finding and troubleshoot on chillers, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Commissioning of chillers, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
