Job Description
You will be critical in enhancing the organisation’s talent acquisition strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
With a proven record in recruitment, particularly within the South African market, you will bring strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills, coupled with a proactive and independent work approach.
Responsibilities include developing targeted recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
The role also demands regular reporting on recruitment progress, cost management within the recruitment budget, and advisement on best practices.
You will strategically select recruitment channels, manage advertising, and keep pace with industry trends to ensure quality and efficient recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office is essential for preparing comprehensive reports, overseeing budgets, and ensuring seamless communication with team members to effectively and on time meet organisational recruitment needs.
