Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, be proficient in CCS (Candy), and enjoy a mix of office and on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities): Ability to draw up comprehensive and accurate BOQs.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and financial reports.
- Site Measurements: Conduct on-site measurements to ensure precision in project deliverables.
- Project Cost Control: Monitor project costs to ensure budgets are adhered to.
- Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all relevant documentation related to quantity surveying.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Proficiency in CCS (Candy) is highly preferable.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate BOQs.
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about conducting on-site measurements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
