Job Description: A company specializing in software solutions, product coding, and integration services is currently expanding its QA team and is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing. As the QA Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our software solutions are functional, reliable, and aligned with user expectations. You’ll collaborate with developers, analysts, and support teams to drive quality and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute exploratory, usability, functional, and regression testing across environments
• Design, run, and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and automated scripts
• Create automated tests using Test Café (TypeScript)
• Conduct root cause analysis and report defects
• Participate in UAT to verify that solutions meet client needs
• Test across both web and mobile interfaces, back-end systems, and APIs
• Use SQL for backend data validation
• Contribute to evolving QA standards, documentation, and DevOps integrations

 
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 4+ years’ experience in QA or software testing
• Solid experience with: Manual & automated testing
• GUI, UAT, API, integration & performance testing
• Test automation using Test Café (TypeScript)
• SQL and tools like Postman
• ISTQB certification (advantageous)
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

 
Bonus Points For:

• Experience with DevOps pipelines
• Knowledge of agricultural or traceability systems
• Familiarity with Java, C#, .NET, or Clarion
• Agile development experience
