Job Description


Our client is looking for a Project Supervisor to join their team in Welkom, FS. This is a permanent role with a 3-month probation period. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and will support the Projects Manager in overseeing plant hire projects, product sourcing and delivery, and construction services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily reports to management on project status.
  • Complete relevant project paperwork as instructed by the Project Manager.
  • Work with project site agents to ensure project efficiency.
  • Prepare and review daily work plans for employees.
  • Assist in obtaining quotations and preparing tenders.
  • Support the Project Manager in ensuring project compliance and quality.
  • Assist employees as required by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a National Diploma in Project Management (a degree is an added advantage).
  • Understanding of project management, with fleet experience. Administrative and organizational skills are essential. (Knowledge of QMS & ISO is an added advantage).
  • Experience in Project Supervision (Yellow fleet experience is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Sesotho, and Afrikaans.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Minimum Code 8 Driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated individuals passionate about making a significant impact and managing challenging roles in a growing company.
