PROJECT MANAGER (Construction & Conservation – Onsite, Game Reserve)

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction and infrastructure projects within their game reserve, including accommodations, roads, fencing and other infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with conservation-minded project delivery.

Responsibilities include:
• Plan, manage, and deliver construction projects on time and within budget
• Supervise contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Manage budgets, sourcing, and reporting

Must have a  Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar),  3+ years’ project management experience, ideally in eco-tourism, conservation, or remote environments, knowledge of sustainable construction methods as well as proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is essential.
