Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry
  • Experience in High-End Residential Construction is essential
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification is advantageous
  • Proven ability to manage Contractors | Subcontractors | Site Teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with Clients | Architects | Suppliers
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Contactable references and recent payslips must be provided

Salary Structure:

  • Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
