Job Description


ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic consultancy at the forefront of software and data innovation is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale, multi-regional projects that span various sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving results in complex settings.
 
DUTIES:
  • Lead and manage large-scale Programmes across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of agility by implementing Agile methodologies and best practices within teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project performance and progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Leverage ServiceNow (SN) for project management, if applicable.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in programme management, preferably within the software engineering or data science sectors.
  • Agile certification with a proven track record in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing programmes across multi-regional teams, with an understanding of multicultural dynamics.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • ServiceNow (SN) experience is a plus.
