Hire Resolve is looking for registered Architects for our client 

Open Positions:

1. Project Manager – Architect Degree (SACAP Registered)

   • Salary: Up to R50k/month CTC (Negotiable based on experience)
   • Consultancy Role (No design work)
   • Principle Agent and government project experience preferred
   • Experience managing projects from Stage 1 to Stage 6 (Stages 4-6 are most critical)

2. Project Manager – Architectural Technologist (Diploma/Degree)

   • Salary: Up to R40k/month CTC (Negotiable based on experience)
   • Consultancy Role (No design work)
   • Principle Agent and government project experience preferred
   • Experience managing projects from Stage 1 to Stage 6 (Stages 4-6 are most critical)

Ideal Candidates Should:

• Be registered (SACAP for Architects).
• Have excellent communication skills in English (1st language).
• Have a strong background in managing government projects and experience in Stages 4-6 of the project lifecycle.
• Reside in the Cape Town area or be willing to relocate.
• Be detail-oriented, professional, and able to work effectively in a team.
