Description:
Hire resolve’s Client is currently looking for a Production Supervisor (Process) to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. As a Production Supervisor you will oversee the production facility and make sure all operations are functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Monitor and optimize process performance to meet production targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Supervise and coordinate plant operators and maintenance teams
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain equipment reliability
  • Report on production data and key performance indicators
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and logistics
  • Train and mentor staff to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • First Line Supervision Certificate
  • 5 years’ experience in operational production processes.
  • 3 years’ experience as a supervisor.
  • 2 years’ operational crushing experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License
