Our client seeks to appoint a Production Planner with at least 2+ years direct experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment. Must have Matric/Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification and solid knowledge of Monday.com.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and manage detailed production schedules, and project plans to ensure timely completion of projects, assign tasks and track progress using project management tools
- Coordinate with various departments to align production schedules and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production requirements
- Analyze workflow and process data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Lead and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Administer and manage the Monday.com platform, create and maintain boards, dashboards, and automation to streamline processes
- Train team members on the effective use of Monday.com, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting
- Continuously evaluate and implement new features or integrations to enhance productivity
