Production Manager (Back of House) – George, Western Cape
Our client, a renowned bakery, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager (Back of House) to lead their kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for food production, and possess strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Chef Qualification – Formal culinary training will be advantageous.
- Strong People Skills – Ability to build and maintain a motivated kitchen team.
- Management/HR Experience – Previous experience in a leadership role, including staff management.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities – Quick thinking and efficient decision-making under pressure.
- Responsible and Mature Demeanor – Professionalism and reliability are key.
- Kitchen Supervision – Oversee daily kitchen operations while stepping in to assist when needed.
