Job Description
A dynamic manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Production Manager with strong problem-solving skills and a solid background in managing production operations to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process.

Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to production schedules.

Implement and maintain production best practices in line with industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:

Relevant production or manufacturing degree/qualification.

Proven experience in managing production teams and processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of ISO standards and production quality systems will be advantageous.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
