Product Manager/Head of Product

We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager/Head of Product who has a passion for products and customers to oversee our product department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for driving strategy and innovation.
2. Uses trends, products to support brand growth and customer retention.
3. Build relationships and ensure continuous collaboration with the various departments such as procurement, operations, marketing, training and IT.
4. Creation and driving SOP’s.
5. Provide product training for the team.
6. Researches and identifies trends and products to support brand growth and customer retention.
7. Drive results.
8. Ensures product management – QSR including commercial success.
9. Managing and developing menu, pricing, recipes, formulations, process, and equipment innovation.
10. Responsible for managing a team of product developers, assistants, and commercial analysts.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have 5 years of experience in a Product Management role.
2. QSR industry experience is essential.
3. Experience in strategic forward-thinking and product innovation.
4. Experience in new product and existing product development.
5. A strong commercial acumen.
6. A solid understanding of costings.
7. Ability to manage a team and to communicate with the executive team.
8. Driven and results-focused.
9. Must have strong communication and reporting skills.
